Job Title: Brand Sourcing & Business Analyst

The Brand Sourcing & Business Analyst serves as a bridge between data analytics and commercial expansion, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and recommending promising brand partnerships—both international and Vietnamese local brands—for distribution or joint- venture opportunities.

Role Purpose
Department: Business Intelligence & Strategy
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
You will lead brand scouting, due diligence, and commercial feasibility studies, ensuring every new brand investment or partnership decision is backed by strong market data, financial modeling, and consumer insights.
In Vietnam, our subsidiary Mamabox Corporation (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. leads market execution for international brands such as Feastables by MrBeast, alongside developing local brands that align with our growth vision.
Company Overview
Brand Sourcing & Partnership Development
- Evaluate each brand’s product category, scalability, and alignment with consumer trends.
- Support negotiations for distribution, licensing, or co- branding agreements.
- Research and identify emerging global and Vietnamese brands suitable for M Asia’s distribution markets (Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia).
- Work with brand owners to tailor market- entry strategies based on data and local insights.
- Initiate communication and pitch partnership opportunities to local Vietnamese brand owners, including FMCG, lifestyle, and specialty consumer products.
Market Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Build financial models and ROI simulations for each potential brand or product.
- Prepare strategic reports for management, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
- Conduct in- depth market research on pricing, category trends, and consumer demand.
- Analyze ongoing brand performance, sales velocity, and profitability by channel (MT, GT, kiosks, online).
Joint Venture & Investment Opportunities
- Conduct financial and operational due diligence on potential joint- venture partners.
- Identify Vietnamese SMEs or entrepreneurs seeking regional expansion through partnerships with M Asia.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals, business cases, and partnership decks.
Operational & Supply Chain Collaboration
- Monitor demand forecasting accuracy and stock movement efficiency to minimize risk exposure.
- Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to assess inventory turnaround rates, lead times, and cost implications for new brands.
- Ensure brand performance metrics align with profitability and operational KPIs.
