Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, preference, and loyalty for brands.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and strategies.
Product Management:
Manage product portfolio performance, ensuring that products meet both consumer needs and company objectives.
Oversee the development and launch of new skincare products, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and go- to- market strategies.
Marketing Campaigns:
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and awareness.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Stay up- to- date with skincare industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging competitors.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, adjusting strategies based on real- time data and feedback.
Budget Management:
Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and report on the performance of marketing investments, adjusting tactics as needed to meet financial and brand objectives.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including suppliers, retailers, and influencers.
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all functions.

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of brand management experience, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
Skills:
Proven ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of skincare market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, and e- commerce
