Working in the team of Education and Professional Services (EPS), within Essilor Technology Center Vietnam, you will drive business partnerships with the business units to ensure that your activity will be a key enabler to support the success of EssilorLuxottica’s innovations, categories, brands, and business priorities.
You belong to a unique EssilorLuxottica organization whose mission is to build a culture of education within the company for employees and customers. You will be responsible for developing, disseminating, and executing of professional education programs to support people development, internally for all our employees, and externally for customers and partners in our retail and wholesale business.
You will be in charge of:
- Development of comprehensive, qualitative, scientifically and clinically exact, non- promotional and products & brands contents and materials for education purposes.
- Drive the success of our main learning platform – Leonardo and take advantage of its latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives for both eyewear and eyecare solutions
- Building and continuous evolving of training catalogue for online, F2F, webinars delivery.
- Partnering closely with key stakeholders to identify training needs in your focus area and deliver best- in- class training solutions laddering up to business leadership top priorities and objectives
- Dissemination, execution, and following up on all global, regional and local education initiatives.
- Develop, nurture, and maintain strategic relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Institutions and industry stakeholders to drive thought leadership and ensure that our proposition in differentiated in the minds of eye care professionals
- Measure and monitor the impact of these educational programs and organizing these into coherent learns to offer a continued best- in- class service
- Development and delivery of consistent and robust professional education programs for internal and external audience: vision care, technical skills, categories, brands
