and programs.
The main job of Branding & Recruitment Marketing Officer is to work closely with related internal stake holders as well as external Agencies to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer
- Work with related Department & Agency for legal document & information collection.
- Work with related Department and Agency to create action plan and execute online/ offline branding and recruitment activities. Measure & evaluate the success of activities after completion.
- With Agency, manage events from scratch to execute: event communications, logistical planning, including budget tracking and overall project management.
- Works closely with related Department and Agency to create, manage and continuously improve the Crystal’s career page to ensure that it is a creative and effective tool for attracting suitable candidates and enhances company’s employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice
- Develop new ideas for branding and recruitment activities.
- Is charged with expanding the company&039;s online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company&039;s website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
- Plans, establishes and oversees the company&039;s social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
Content & collateral:
- Manage the production of marketing collateral.
- Work with Agency in briefing brand content and developing content plans on FB as well as other digital platforms.
- Work with the related Department and Agency to create, review and edit branding and recruitment materials such as: brochures, print ads, event and promotional videos, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
- Online/offline event organization experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression)
- Knowledgeable of social media communication techniques
- Marketing expertise
- Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong project management skills
- College diploma or equivalent
