Brewery Manager (Wine, Beer, Sake)

Work with our Japanese partners and head brewer to manage and supervise the brewery construction and sourcing of equipment
Provide training, staff skill development and opportunities to team members
Selecting and evaluate the raw materials, bottles and packaging materials that are used in the brewing process and working with suppliers
Improve the productivity of staff and maintenance schedule of the production line.
Responsibility for maintaining occupational health and safety compliance with food standards
Work closely with the head brewer in developing new brewing recipes and flavours.
Improvements in other areas including hygiene, capital expenditure, brew quality must also be continual.
Ensure the quality of the production process and the brew conditions.
Manage bottling and delivery process and oversee the bottling facilities and delivery schedules.
Manage day to day operations of the brewery on the floor to help develop brewery policies and standard operating procedures

Working location: center of Ho Chi Minh city.
Knowledge and experience in machinery and equipment
Experience in production and quality control
A Brewery Manager must have experience working as a brewer and managing other staff.
Experience in staff management
At least 1-3 years’ experience in brewing
Communicative English and good communication in Vietnamese
