Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE)

We are seeking a skilled Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to facilitate communication between the project teams and clients, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient development processes.
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote or Onsite in Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Salary Range: min 25,000,000 VND Gross
Employment Type: Contract (Initial 3- month term, renewable)
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with development teams to oversee project progress and address client needs.
Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Manage and coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and high- quality outcomes.
Translate and interpret project requirements and specifications, facilitating seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Java and ReactJS.
Japanese Language Proficiency: N2 level or higher.
Ability to work independently and adapt to remote work settings.
Experience in software development projects, especially in roles that involve cross- cultural communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
