Qualifications and Education Requirements:
01+ year of experience working with software development, experience of working as BrSE.
2+ years of hands- on system development experience, including web services or native application development.
1+ year of experience with GitHub, Backlog, Slack (or other project management or communication tools).
1+ year of experience with AWS. (including one of the following certificates: AWS Solution Architect Associate, or AWS Developer Associate or above.)
Good at English and Fluent in Japanese (N2) in both verbal and writing skills.
Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work under pressure.
Essential Soft Skills:
Enjoys automating tasks.
Passionate about new technologies and stays up- to- date on industry trends.
Experience in creating and reviewing requirements definitions.
Proactive self- starter who is driven to achieve product goals.
Development experience as a developer (need technical knowledge)
Understand Japanese working cultures and styles (people who have experience of working in Japan tend to have it)
Dedicated and willing to go the extra mile.
Desire to contribute to global business and organizational growth beyond engineering tasks.
Experience in leading system development projects in collaboration with overseas teams.
Experience in planning and executing system tests.
Proactive communication and collaboration with clients and partners to clarify requirements.

Project management skill
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Have good skills in Teamwork, Analysis, Design, Communication, and Presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications.
1+ year of experience in project management (PM or PL) or PMP certification.
Azure Associate or above certification.
1+ year of experience in system maintenance and operations.
Experience with configuration management tools for system deployment.
Experience in proposal writing and negotiation.
Hands- on experience with servers, containers, and networks.
Experience in developing high- traffic applications.
1+ year of experience with Datadog or NewRelic.
