Bridge System Engineer Java/AI Background

Project Management & Communication

Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, specifically the achievement of short- term and long- term goals.
Propose technical solutions and improvements during the product development lifecycle.
Work with the Japanese AGENTEC team to clarify project requirements, details, and conditions.
Report and escalate critical issues or decisions to management as needed.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Act as the primary communication bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam.

Technical Participation & Code Review (Advantageous)

Write code (backend or frontend) during critical phases or resource shortages.
Write technical documentation, API specifications, and system design documents.
Support the development team in resolving complex technical challenges.
Review source code to optimize logic and ensure it meets client requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Technical Skills:

Frontend: NextJS/ReactJS, TypeScript, Vue.js/Nuxt.js
Backend: Java, AWS, MySQL

Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall).
Over 3 years of working experience as a BrSE or in a similar client- facing technical role.
Proven working experience as a Software Engineer, with experience as a Java Engineer or AI Engineer being highly advantageous.
Familiarity with the development environments listed above.
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expertise in quality assurance (QA) for web and mobile applications.

Personal Skills:

Excellent logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands- on experience in Java, AI Engineering, or frontend frameworks like Vue/React/Angular
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and teamwork skills with a proactive and independent work ethic.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure, well- organized, creative, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or higher) with the ability to communicate fluently with the headquarters.
