Assist in presales efforts, including estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.
Participate in system design reviews, test case evaluations, and user acceptance testing.
Work closely with project managers and technical leads to set milestones, track tasks, and mitigate risks.
Serve as the primary bridge between the Vietnamese development team and Japanese clients.
Translate business and technical information across Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
Oversee project progress, manage resources, and provide status reports to both clients and internal teams.
Be available for on- site assignments in Japan as projects demand.
Gather, analyze, and clarify client requirements, define specifications, and support technical teams during the design and development stages.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in resource management, team coordination, and risk management.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and translate effectively between Japanese, English, and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Technical expertise is an advantage (e.g., PHP, Java, .NET, Flutter, mobile applications, etc.).
Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and management.
Strong understanding of Japanese business etiquette and communication practices.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BrSE in offshore development projects for the Japanese market.
