Report to Japanese clients the progress of the project as well as any difficulties daily and weekly
Analyze and directly communicate the requirements with clients using Japanese
Perform project evaluation and testing as well as be responsible for the result of the project.
Review the design of each task, including how to code if needed.
Discuss project&039; s details with members and manage the project&039;s progress
Actively voice out any ideas or solutions for the issues during the progress in order to enhance the quality and results of the project.

Experienced in Web programming language such as .NET/PHP/Java/Javascript,...
Experienced in working with version control system such as SVN, Git
Experienced in working with Linux system (Centos, Ubuntu) as well as window
Familiar with OOP methodology
Familiar with Database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server/ NoSQL DB)
Good at Japanese (from N2). Communicate with Japanese clients via Skype, chat- meeting, video, email
Familiar with MVC framework, have knowledge about one of the Laravel/Symfony/CodeIgniter/CakePHP/Zend/Struts/Spring/Hibernate/Ruby on Rails
Have experience in Software Development Process (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile)
Have experience as a Developer, Comtor, Business Analyst and 1 year as a BrSE technical experiences
