Taking part in managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule.
Participating in various projects with Japanese clients.
Managing the delivery of the project according to the Project plan.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Taking part in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.

Strong technical skills are a great advantage.
Communicating Japanese must be good (at least JLPT N2).
Have deep knowledge about software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
At least 1 years of experience working in BrSE role in some projects for the Japanese market.
Have experience in Business Analyst is a great advantage.
Excellent analytical skills.
Have experience in management requiring multi- tasking
