Participate in final testing phases to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Take full ownership of project requirements on the Vietnam side, ensuring the development team clearly understands all tasks.
Be available for onsite work in Japan when required by the project.
Analyze client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to suggest solutions and provide time estimates.
Translate detailed designs and test cases between Japanese and English as needed.
Communicate with clients through phone calls, web meetings, and ticketing systems to address all project- related questions and concerns.
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to track progress, control timelines, and deliver regular status updates to clients.

Job Requirements

Strong grasp of Japanese business etiquette and communication culture.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bridge SE (BrSE) in an offshore development setting, with a strong understanding of Japanese working styles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical expertise (e.g., PHP, Java, .NET, Flutter, mobile development) is a significant advantage.
Experience managing resources, coordinating teams, and mitigating project risks.
Skilled in negotiating project scope, quality, and timelines with clients.
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
In- depth knowledge of software development processes and outsourcing models.
Ability to comprehend technical documents written in English is a plus.
