Bulk Vessel Operations Executive

- Follow up the monthly order plan.

- Check received ship information in accordance with supplier's requirements, port's requirements and keep relevant parties to quickly update.

- Monitor vessel movement, new government regulations, supplier's cargo preparation plan, port line-up plan and coordinate with parties throughout the process even before the ship arrives until the ship departs to ensure smoothly loading goods as planned.

- Give quick, appropriate advice and calculations when problems arise.

- Prepare documents and procedures related to the loading process, vessel berthing/departing.

- Check and archive relevant documents.

- Other assignments by the manager.

-        University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Sea Transport major is preferable).

-        2-year experience working in the same position.

-        Able to work 24/7 depending on the actual ship plan.

-        Able to communicate and maintain a good relationship with parties.

-        Have basic knowledge about bulk shipment.

-        Be fluent in English.

-        Good communication and negotiation skills.

-        Good planning, time, and project management skills.

-        Have proficient writing & reporting skills.

-        High problem-solving skills, good observation, and analysis skills.

-        Expertise in using emails, internet searching, and Microsoft Office 365. 

-        Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-        Be able to work under pressure, willing to take responsibility.

-        Eager-to-learn, passionate, and thriving people.

-        Be able to work independently as well as in teamwork.
