● Perform functional testing and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets business requirements.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to healthcare and digital transformation.
● Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.
● Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our games against industry standards and identify market opportunities.
● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
● Conduct comprehensive analysis of player data, game metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
● Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

● Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
● 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, Quality Control with a focus on automation.
● Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Testify, Selenium).
● High English language proficiency.
