Business Analyst

Fincorp is the pioneer in Wealth Management Technology in Vietnam. Now we are looking for
Business Analyst
as below:

Gather business and system requirements from PM/Client
Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning
Act as the bridge between PM/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirement in both business and system analysis view
Assist Bid Manager in pre- sales support activities especially on analysis phase
Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
Write testing scenarios for UAT
Create Business Requirement Spec
Analyze users&039; feedback to measure product&039;s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled.
Assist PM/Client to define requirements and suggest ideas

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Have a proactive, can- do attitude
Have good logical thinking ability
Flexible, enthusiastic, responsible at work.
Experienced in Agile methods, especially Scrum models
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
Female preferred
