Business Analyst

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Establish good connections between customers and relevant parties.
Participate in researching, developing, and improving the company&039;s software products.
Monitor the project development progress and ensure timely completion according to the plan.
Anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, propose, develop, and implement practical solutions. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of design documents, instructions, business processes, as well as related project documents when required.
Evaluate and analyze detailed business processes, write documentation describing business processes, and prepare user requirements (Product Backlog, User Stories, System Requirement Specification, etc.).

Strong logical thinking, quick understanding and grasp of technology.
Minimum 1 years of experience in business analysis in the IT industry.
Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presentation.
Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BA Tools (Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, or Figma).
Candidates with experience in business analysis in Automobile management, Gara management, and Workshop.
Understand the company&039;s products and interpret and present content in a logical and understandable manner for customers.
Good communication skills.
Proactive, creative, and positive attitude towards work.
