Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our SkyJoy Product team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital product development / solution implementation. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our digital products meet market demands and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Work with Product Owner/Product Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)/success metrics of product lines/Product features.
● Participate in all SCRUM events such as product backlog grooming, sprint planning, review sessions.
● Support QA teams in developing test cases and scenarios, take part in UAT process to verify and to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
● Identify and analyze existing business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
● Involve in data analysis to support decision- making and provide insights into product performance and user behavior.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
● Analyze and interpret business needs, translating them into functional and non- functional specifications. Main PIC for writing documents such as PRD, FRS, process mapping, workflow, etc follow standard template of SkyJoy Product team
● Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders at various levels in meetings & product briefing sessions.

Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a B2C digital product.
● Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
● Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
● Proficiency in business analysis techniques (e.g., SWOT, BPMN, etc) and tools (FigJam, DrawIO, Miro, or similar)
● Familiarity with UX/UI principles and digital product lifecycle is preferred.
● Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
● Certification in Business Analysis is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
