Business Analyst

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and business analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP implementations.
Provide training and support to end- users during the ERP implementation process.
Assist in the testing and validation of ERP configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure project success.
Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate customer relationships.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the ERP system can improve business processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1- 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Have experience in accounting domain.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

12 days full paid leave a year.
