Business Analyst

Coordinate and participate in UAT activities to validate that solutions meet business needs
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for business analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes
Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
Provide support and training to end- users as needed during the implementation of technology products
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
Elicit, document, and prioritize clear and concise business requirements
Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and are of high quality
Facilitate communication between technical and non- technical teams
Work with stakeholders to define problems and opportunities for technology solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical stakeholders
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the technology sector
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to think critically
Familiarity with technology products and services. Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus
Preferred Qualification: Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certifications
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies
