Job Description

Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
Work with QC to verify that all system requirements are fulfilled.
Gather business and system requirements from PM/Client
Assist in pre- sales support activities, especially on the analysis phase
Analyze users&039; feedback to measure product&039;s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Assist PM/Client to define requirements and suggest ideas
Act as the bridge between PM/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirements in both business and system analysis view
Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning
Write testing scenarios for UAT
Create Business Requirement Spec, SRS.

Requirement:

Flexible, enthusiastic, and responsible at work.
Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Have good logical thinking ability
Have a proactive, can- do attitude
At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
Experienced in Agile methods, especially Scrum models.
