Become a Business Analyst, you will contribute directly to the development of AuditIQ, ensuring it remains the leading tool for proactive website optimization. This role offers the opportunity to shape a cutting- edge product with global impact.
AuditIQ is a web- based platform that will alert ecommerce merchants to problems affecting their website and opportunities to improve them, and these span a multitude of areas – giving them a 360 degree view on their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, maintaining alignment with strategic goals and the product vision.
Document key product materials for both internal and external use, including product overviews, user guides, visual assets (images, videos), and other supporting documentation.
Support the execution of the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer insights, and overall business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams — including Developers and Marketers — to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure on- time delivery.
Requirements
Fluent in English, especially speaking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in decision- making and problem- solving scenarios.
Proficient in conducting detailed problem analyses.
At least 1.5 years of relevant experience as a product Business Analyst or in relevant roles. Experience in e- commerce is not mandatory but highly preferred.
Familiarity with data- driven product development is a plus.
