Business Analyst

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery.
Perform requirements analysis.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross- functional team members and management.
Creating wireframes/mockups to clarify the client requirements.
Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions.
Analyse and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by relevant stakeholders.
Performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
Perform market research and analysis to provide appropriate insights for products.
Gather business and system requirements from client.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade- offs between usability and performance needs.
Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.

Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience with web- based and business process software systems implementation.
Highly motivated in problem- solving with strong investigative skills.
Good understanding and experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
Good understanding on the software development life circle and methodology.
Knowledge of the technology industry, new trends, AI, CDP, and logistics is an advantage.
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
Excellent documentation skills.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analyst position
Familiar with at least 1 design tool such as Figma, balsamiq... to create wireframe/mockup.
Must have past experience leading and supporting successful projects.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Age: 26 years and above, CV must include year of birth
