Stakeholder & Team Communication
Work closely with Devs, QA, and Designers to define system design, and validate test cases.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product vision, backlog, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into user stories, use cases and functional requirements.
Track project status, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Business & Technical Analysis
Create wireframes and diagrams using any tools like Figma, Visily, Miro, Draw.io, or others as preferred.
Conduct post- release analysis to evaluate feature adoption and user engagement.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRDs, and process diagrams.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development workflows.
