Business Analyst

Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
The requirements explain what the software should do and touch on anything necessary, such as non- functional requirements (security, back- end integrations, APIs, etc.).
Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
Weekly and/or on- demand report to supervisor.
Join regular meetings at night with the product team in North America to get/clarify product requirements.

Take user stories written by our customers and use those stories to write requirements used by the development teams to write the code.

Discuss with the product team to analyze and understand the requirements of the product.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology and related majors.
English skills: good level of reading and writing, basic level of communication.
At least 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (BA).
Experience working in a technology company is preferred.
Having a basic understanding of the database- MySQL.
Having analytical skills and a logical mind. Be able to grasp complex software systems and learn quickly.
Good UML knowledge is a great asset.
Good communication, presentation and management skills.
Excellent command of verbal and written English skills, able to support team with English documentation.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentation.

Salary: starts at $1000- $1,800/month (Competitive salary based on ability).
Probation period: 2 months.
Flexible working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday. You will work at the office from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM.
12 annual days, 11 public holidays, pay insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN), and other benefits based on the Vietnam Labor Code.
