Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst at QUANTier, you will be instrumental in identifying user needs and market dynamics, informing strategic direction, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the product backlog will significantly impact the quantum computing industry.

Work closely with designers to create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences (primarily web) that customers love.
Manage the product backlog, implementation, and work with the Project Manager to commit to the release plan.
Provide support to test the system and produce system documentation and user manuals.
Collaborate with the PO to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in modeling and designing business processes.
Required English level: 7/10
Technical knowledge is a plus / Experience as a software engineer is a plus
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Experience working as a BA in the IT industry is a plus.
Familiar with functional requirements, non- functional requirements, user flow, user journey, and wireframe.
Proficient in tools: Flows (Draw.io), Mockups / UIUX (Figma), API tools (Postman).

Mon- Fri, 9AM- 6PM or flexible working hours (8h work & 1h lunch break)
1 day of paid annual leave per month, excluding Vietnam Public Holidays.
