Business Analyst

- Plan to enforce requirements, write documentation describing product features (user flow, wireframe, specs).

- Learn, analyze, synthesize behavior, needs of users, markets and requests from other
departments (marketing, sales ...) to optimize the user experience on the Website and App.

- Work directly with the Design team to select the appropriate UI / UX solution.

- Specifically describe and transfer requirements to UI/UX team and Development Team

- Work with the Development team (Dev) to make sure the product launches on time and
n-demand.

- Receive new projects, requirements arising from the sales, operation, marketing
departments, from the head of the department and the company leadership.

- Collect requirements, research and conduct analysis, confirm the scope of
implementation.

- Analyze markets, learn about new trends, propose ideas to improve products and add new features for Web/App.

- Good understanding of UI / UX (web and mobile apps).

- Have ability to write clearly and coherently documents describing the interface, product
features, user manual

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required

- Have experience as a Product Executive, Business Analyst or UX designer.

- Skilled flowchart drawing, wirefra me, mockup and documentation tools.

- Good logical thinking and problem solving skills

- Familiarity with developing technology products related to air tickets/travel or products
with a large number of users is an advantage.
