Healthcare Software Business Analyst
Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Business Analyst in our dynamic and ever- growing organization, your role will comprise assessing and analyzing healthcare processes, systems, and data. We seek a problem- solver, a change champion, to give us insights and recommendations in improving efficiency, enhancing patient care, and maximizing business performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:

BA is point of contact (all changes MUST be documented and approved by the BA).
Create clear concise requirements for business documents.
Work with Designer to finalize UX/UI.
List down all features and breakdown them under user stories and acceptance criteria format.
Create URS using template provided.
Creating Jira tickets and map them to the correct URS sections.
Create clear conformation points,
Include logical flows.
Consider positive and negative scenarios,
Create user training manuals.
Drive test data requirements for development.
Call out what access the development team may need.
Report to project lead..

Required skills/Experience:

Logical thinking.
Good English communication skill.
Experience in UX/UI, ability to use Figma is a plus.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in clinical research management is a plus.

Years of experiences: 2+
