Business Analyst

- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled.
- Assist Bid Manager in pre- sales support activities especially on analysis phase
- Assist PM/Client to define requirements and suggest ideas
- Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Gather business and system requirements from PM/Client
- Act as the bridge between PM/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirement in both business and system analysis view
- Analyze users&039; feedback to measure product&039;s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Create Business Requirement Spec
- Write testing scenarios for UAT

- Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Experienced in Agile methods, especially Scrum models.
- Have good logical thinking ability
- Flexible, enthusiastic, responsible at work.
- Have a proactive, can- do attitude
