As a Business Analyst, you’ll work across both product teams to transform real user problems into structured solutions. You’ll be the voice of the user in the product development lifecycle, ensuring our AI tools deliver clarity, efficiency, and tangible value.

Job Description:
Ensure seamless integration of new features, including testing support, release documentation, and onboarding guides.
Conduct competitor benchmarking for SotaAgents (AI agents like StackAI, Dustt, RelevanceAI) and NoteX (Otter AI, Fireflies, Notion AI, NotebookLM,..).
Champion user feedback loops and continuous product optimization.
Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness across both product teams.
Translate insights into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional specs.
Help monitor KPIs for feature adoption and provide actionable improvement insights.
Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and designers to define feature requirements and product specifications.
Gather and analyze user needs through interviews, support tickets, usage data, and market research.

Requirements:
Solid experience with writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and use case flows.
Experience working with AI/ML platforms or SaaS B2B products is a strong plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in software or SaaS products.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
