Business Analyst (BA IT)

• Liaise with key stakeholders in US & Vietnam and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements
• Study similar systems and propose additional business needs/solutions with highest usability/user-friendly level to PO
  
• Document exact business needs along with both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents and other functional documents when needed
  
• Based on system needs, create prototype, wireframes, mockups and screens
• Interact with the technology team and help them understand the business solutions
• Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) process
  

• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis
  
• A degree in IT / Computer Science major
  
• Proven strong experience in eliciting requirements and UAT testing
  
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  
• Having solid experience in writing SQL queries is a plus
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  
• Fluent in verbal and written English
  is a plus
