Business Analyst (Blockchain)

Create/maintain/own the product roadmap and the product backlog.
Work with other stakeholders (finance, requester, tech, operation, customer services...) to finalize concepts, working flow and make sure every related task will run smoothly.
Keep tracking on competitor’s products .
Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Leading ideation, validation, and launch of innovative products that users need and/or internally requested.
Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.
Build- up & in charge end- to- end product development with technical team: product backlog & competitive features development, business and consumer journey excellence, development and launching, continuous product innovation
Develop product requirement specifications including written descriptions (concept notes) of functionality, flows, charts, wireframes and mockups, etc.,.

Outstanding communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Growth hacking mindset with logical/strategic thinking.
General knowledge about Customer Experiences, Customer journey, innovative UI/UX.
AI domain knowledges is a plus
Blockchain/cryptocurrency domain knowledges and 3+ months working in other blockchain/cryptocurrency projects
Agile mindset, able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities.
Independent, pro- active way of working.
