Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP implementations.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication and ensure project success.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Assist in the testing and validation of ERP configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the ERP system can improve business processes.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.

- Provide training and support to end- users during the ERP implementation process.

- Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1- 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementations.

- Have experience in accounting domain.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of ERP solutions.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and business analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
