Business Analysis
- Offer advice and alternative solutions when applicable.
- Handle requests related to existing business operations, technology setup, business enhancement proposals, and potential product developments.
- Prepare corresponding documentation to reflect the results of business analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders/key end- users to gather and define detailed business requirements.
- Provide consultation to user departments on how to utilize technology to automate jobs and/or drive revenue.
Documentation & Communication
- Communicate and align requirements with key users and stakeholders to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
- Draft proposals for business enhancement initiatives and potential product developments.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including user requirements, workflows, business process flows, and data requirements for system developments or business process enhancements.
Data Analysis
- Identify data analysis needs to provide factual, evidence- based business insights.
- Perform data analysis and deliver justifiable, actionable conclusions to support business decisions.
Program Rollout
- Support Program Managers/Project Managers in the rollout of new products or services, including:
+ Project operations.
+ Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
+ User training and coaching on new application systems.
- Participate in profit & loss analysis, cost control, and other related rollout support tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Strong experience in identifying and managing project risks for large, complex projects.
- Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience.
- Ability to read technical documents in English well and communicate at a basic level.
- Solid skills in project documentation, workflow definition, business process development, alternatives analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations.
- Experience in using Jira.
- General understanding of system architecture.
- Experience in leading/managing PMO services and functions supporting IT projects.
- Experience with UML and knowledge of operational workflows is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with Equity Core System and Derivative Core System is a strong plus.
- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics, or related disciplines.
