About the Role
We are building a cross- border delivery team in partnership with a Southeast Asia- based technology consulting firm, supporting large- scale digital transformation projects for enterprise clients across banking, fintech, and telecom sectors.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with both local and international stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into clear specifications, and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This is a long- term role with opportunity for international exposure and strong career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to the Philippines (1–2 months/rotation) when required for on- site collaboration with client teams
Work closely with product managers, tech leads, developers, and QA teams
Ensure cross- functional alignment across the onshore and offshore teams
Create BRDs, FSDs, use cases, user flows, and wireframes as needed
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients
Facilitate workshops, support UAT, and help resolve requirement- related gaps
Must- have Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Solid experience in writing BRD/FSD, process diagrams (BPMN/UML), and API specs
Willing to travel internationally for short- term assignments (1–2 months per trip)
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or digital projects
Nice- to- have
Experience working in cross- border or offshore delivery setups
Background in banking, fintech, or telecom projects
Basic familiarity with testing (UAT, SIT), backlog grooming, or stakeholder demo sessions
