Job Description
As a Business Analyst at MISA, you’ll help connect client needs with our innovative solutions. Your key tasks include:
Training Teams: Train project team members to ensure everyone understands the client’s needs and processes.
Competitor Analysis: Study competitors’ software and suggest improvements to enhance MISA’s products.
Gathering Requirements: Collect detailed information about clients’ business processes, habits, and needs.
Analyzing and Documenting: Summarize and analyze data to create clear, detailed business requirement documents.
Supporting Sales and Consulting: Train sales and consulting teams on product features and business processes to better serve clients.

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields…
Skills in writing clear documents, delivering training, and presenting to groups.
A careful, responsible approach to work with a focus on quality.
Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize information effectively.
Strong communication skills, quick problem- solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in English: Strong command of all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
