Business Analyst English

We are looking for Business Analysts (Intermediate to Senior levels) to join our international team and contribute to the development of the Akkuro Mortgage platform (). In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in both Vietnam and the Netherlands, working in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands to ensure alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across cultures.
Manage product release cycles to ensure timely and smooth delivery of product increments, in close collaboration with development and QA teams.
Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile workflows, enhance transparency, and maintain up- to- date project documentation.
Leverage knowledge of finance, including stock markets and banking systems, to support product development with relevant insights and industry context.
Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Translate input and requirements from Dutch product experts into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including daily stand- ups, refinement, and planning sessions.

Good understanding of the international financial markets; FinTech experience is a strong plus.
Hands- on experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
3–5 years of experience in a mid to senior- level Business Analyst role.
Experience with Scrum/Agile is preferred; Scrum certification is a strong plus.
