Business Analyst Entry-Level

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases by verifying that solutions meet business requirements and provide input on user acceptance testing (UAT).
Data & Reporting: Review data from client feedback or system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and prepare basic reports or dashboards.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product managers, internal or external clients, engineers) to collect and document business requirements
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams to facilitate communication between business and technical sides, participating in meetings and workshops.
Support Product Development: Assist in defining features and user journeys for our software products, ensuring they align with customers’ goals.
Analysis & Documentation: Analyze user needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements to create clear specifications, user stories, and process diagrams.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
Experience: 0- 2 years in a business analysis or related role—entry- level candidates with relevant coursework or projects encouraged to apply.
Core Skills
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Basic data analysis skills will be a plus
Understanding of business processes and an interest in technology.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders and produce high- quality documents.
Proficiency in office tools and diagramming software.
