Business Analyst ERP Functional Consultant

Role and Responsibilities
· Monitor ongoing performance of systems and develop updates or modifications according to business needs. Work with end users to provide production operation support including system setup and processing and data extraction.
· Write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections, may develop operating procedures, provide research and follow- up on production and may train users and provide technical assistance to resolve application and operating issues.
· Provide estimates for proposed solutions and deliver customizations.
· Support to solve issue in D365 F&O, raise CR to vendor to customize or fix issue in D365 FO
· Work with Information Systems and Business to evaluate user requests, clarify objectives and functional requirements, makes sure the proposed gap resolutions fit in the overall architecture and business logics.
· Perform technical development, customization, Reports, Workflows, Entities
· Accountable for development of software enhancements, extensions, defect to meet business needs.
. Performs related works as required.

· Knowing C programing, SQL Server, python a plus
· Ability to learn quickly.
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must; effective facilitation and presentation skills
· Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
· Microsoft Power Platform a plus
· Solves complex problems with creative solutions Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem- solving abilities.
· Learns new concepts quickly and thoroughly.

· 1+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation/Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 development experience with following modules: Finance and Accounting, Procurement and sourcing, Retails, Inventory
. Proven ability to work independently to prioritize work and meet work commitments; ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions
