Business Analyst ESG Report Platform

As a Business Analyst (ESG Report Platform) you will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams, supporting the sales team during the consultations. Your main tasks include understanding customer requirements, proposing and presenting technical solutions, maintaining technical documentation, and conducting training sessions. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for research and deep learning, the ability to analyze documentation, design presentations, and the effectively communicate complex solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
Understanding Customer Needs & Solution Development

Coordinate with internal and external teams (business units, end users, developers, IT) to analyze requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements

Solution Proposal & Customization

Prepare and present technical solutions to demonstrate the value of the company&039;s products and services.
Provide pre- sales technical support and work with product development teams to customize solutions for customers.

Project Execution & Management

Risk management and problem- solving
Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including resource allocation

Documentation, Market Research & Training

Analyze market trends to enhance the company’s solutions and stay updated on industry developments.
Maintain technical documents such as proposals and specifications.
Conduct technical training for sales teams and project members to improve knowledge and execution.

Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Collect user feedback, refine solutions to meet customer expectations

Yêu cầu công việc

Background: Bachelor of Information Technology, Mathematics and Information Technology.
Experience

At least 02- 03 years of experience in a similar position such as Pre- Sales, Technical Sales, Project Management, Business Analyst from service integration
Experience in participating in projects according to the Agile/Scrum Master model is an advantage.
Priority is given to those with experience in implementing IT projects in other organizations.

Knowledge

Software & Programming: Experience in analyzing and implementing systems like ERP, EAM, and Power BI.
Technology Awareness: Familiar with Cloud computing and Microservices architecture.
Requirement Analysis: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs.
Development Platforms: Basic knowledge of .NET or Java.
Business & IT Knowledge: Understanding of business operations, data analysis, and IT applications.
Microsoft Tools: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with a good understanding of software development.
