We are seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong experience with finance/accounting/payroll software to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working closely with our UK- based client, collaborating across cross- functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various financial systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.
Monitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly.
Contribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.
Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Proven experience in the finance, accounting, or payroll domains
Having a technical background is a strong plus
Good English communication
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
