The role will report to the Project Manager and will be based at home. This role will require you to travel to client sites for meetings and will also occasional international travel.
SmartDev (https://smartdev.vn/) offers tailor- made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back- end technologies. We are currently work with about 200 developers and with 2 offices in Danang City and Hanoi Capital.

Job Description
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
Implement the tasks following the assignment/ self- management.
Take part in frequent meetings with the customer to clarify the requirements.
Follow the Agile development principles.
Manage backlog, user stories
Stick to the team spirit and work ethic.
You will report to PM (Project Manager)
Work with stakeholders
Maintain technical documents
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience of 3- 4 years in software development.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience leading and developing top- performing teams.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent documentation skills.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
