About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who understands the Vietnamese general insurance landscape, has hands- on experience in software implementations, and enjoys solving real business problems with practical, user- friendly solutions.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in General Insurance to join our team in Vietnam. You will play a critical role in driving successful implementations of core insurance systems and digital solutions by acting as a trusted bridge between business users and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between users and developers, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of business needs and technical solutions.
Participate in core insurance system rollouts and digital transformation initiatives such as portals, mobile apps, or CRM.
Drive user engagement, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders toward optimal decisions.
Leverage your insurance domain expertise to propose innovative and practical solutions to business challenges.
Lead and support user testing (UAT) activities – from preparing test cases to coordinating issue resolution.
Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and external partners in Vietnamese and English.
Prepare process documentation, business cases, and training materials as needed.
Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
What We&039;re Looking For:
Proficiency in English for documentation and communication with regional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and user persuasion skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the general insurance sector (Vietnam market experience is a must).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese general insurance products and practices (motor, health, property, etc.).
Experience in implementing insurance core systems (e.g., policy admin, claims, underwriting) and digital platforms.
