Business Analyst (HRM)

Business Analysis
Work with stakeholders/key end- users to define the detail business requirements
Discuss with project team to analyze and understand requirements of the products
Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide client with solutions
Documentation and Communication
Prepare the proposal on business enhancement as well as potential product development
Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders/customers to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly
Prepare the corresponding documents for the result of business analysis, manage project (technical) documents
Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow, data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or business processes
Program Rollout
Project operations- training and coaching to user on how to use the application system, participating in User Acceptance Test, etc.
Involve the study on appropriate marketing plan, profit and loss analysis, cost control, etc.
Others
Gather market trends and internal data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations and enhancements to the business
Report to Manager issues related to projects, contracts, work of team and the company
Support the estimation of new projects

Experience:
Ability to communicate and handle technical issues
Graduated from University/College majoring in IT or other related majors
Experience in using tools to help build requirements analysis documents and prototypes.
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information.
Can use design and modeling tools such as Axure, UML, Figma
At least 3 years of experience as a BA (HRM)
Good thinking, agile, grasping problems quickly.
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio);
Ability to write documents, communicate well, present problems well.
Creative, logical, proactive thinking. Has good pressure resistance.
Language:
Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)

Time management skills
Highly responsible in work, proactive, self- organized and good teamwork spirit
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent with focus on computer science, information technology, systems development or a related field (non IT)
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Acknowledgments:
Have one of ECBA, or CCBA, or PBA or higher certificated is advantage.
