We also provide comprehensive digital transformation solutions for businesses, including process and operations management software such as ERP, DMS, and CRM.
Location: 138/25 Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 14, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our software development projects. Your key responsibilities include:
• Supporting project management in monitoring project deliverables and timelines.
• Performing simple UI/UX adjustments and designs to meet project needs (complex designs are not typically required for enterprise software projects).
• Engaging with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Proposing innovative solutions to address client needs and presenting them effectively to stakeholders.
• Designing detailed system features and creating comprehensive documentation for the development team.
• Conducting requirement reviews and validations with clients to ensure alignment.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
General requirements
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to presenting ideas and solutions.
• Confident in presenting and communicating with clients.
• Available to work full- time.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and dissect complex business processes.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Technical requirements
• Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with less than 2 years of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of Business Analysis techniques such as BPMN, Use Case, User Story, Wireframe.
• Basic proficiency in Figma for UI/UX designs and mockups.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to work effectively with international clients.
• Proficient in office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of creating professional presentations.
