Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
● Reviewing and analyzing the requirement of a product
● Reporting the product development progress to Team Leader
● Discussing the solutions to the product requirement with other departments
● Reviewing and managing assignments to under-supervised Business Analyst
● Documenting the product requirements into user stories and product requirement specifications
● Clarifying all inquiries from other departments about product requirements
● Verifying that implementation of the solutions
● Making sure that the solutions meet the product requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
● Ability to work to a strict deadline.
● Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology or related fields
● Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
● Minimum of 1-year experience in business analysis
● Ability to make comprehensive document in English
● Ability to work closely with the software development team, quality assurance team, and hardware team.
● Having knowledge in UI/UX design
● Having good knowledge in software development life cycle
● Ability to see potential problems in a system setup.
● Attention to detail.
Nice to have
● Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one among Use-cases diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, Sequence Diagram, able to understand and design a Relation Entity Diagram.
● Having a technical background in software engineering
● Having experience in SQL
