Job Descriptions:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst (BA) to join our e- commerce team, specializing in operations management. The ideal candidate will have 2- 3 years of experience in the e- commerce domain, with a focus on areas such as warehouse operations, seller management, and logistics.
Responsibilities:

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges within these areas and develop strategies to mitigate them
Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision- making in warehouse, seller, and logistics operations
Process Optimization: Document and streamline existing business processes and workflows within these domains to enhance operational efficiency
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in warehouse management, seller operations, and logistics
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to e- commerce operations
Project Management: Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure their successful execution

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
Domain Knowledge: In- depth understanding of e- commerce operations and industry best practices
Data- Driven Decision Making: Proven experience in making decisions based on data- driven insights

2- 3 years of relevant experience in e- commerce operations or a related domain, with a focus on areas such as warehouse operations, seller management, and logistics
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills for gathering and interpreting data
Experience with Agile/Scrum: Previous experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in BA Tools: Familiarity with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Figma, or similar tools
Logical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem- solving abilities
