Business Analyst (Japanese)

Design wireframes, mockups, and user flows for development applications.
Create and update requirement specifications, user stories, and screen designs.
Manage change requests and conduct impact analysis.
Gather, analyze, and manage requirements from clients.
Join client meetings to clarify requirements.
Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between clients, the development team, and other stakeholders.
Detailed Tasks
Support the Project Manager with effort estimation and planning.
Create test scenarios and acceptance criteria for the QA team.
Design database schemas and data flows in collaboration with the Tech Lead.
Ensure requirement traceability from business needs to final implementation.
Prepare functional specification documents and detailed screen designs.
Analyze business processes and propose optimized solutions.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with popular development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
Experience working with Japanese clients is a strong advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in web development projects.
Technical Skills
Documentation: Proficient in creating FSD, BRD, user stories, wireframes.
Web Technology: Familiar with frontend/backend architecture, APIs, and responsive design.
Database: Basic understanding of database design and SQL.
Analysis: Skilled in business process analysis, data modeling, and workflow design.
Design Tools: Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
Soft Skills
Problem Solving: Logical thinking and effective problem analysis.
Detail- Oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
Communication: Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in fast- changing environments.
Language: Japanese proficiency at N3 level or higher, capable of direct communication with clients.
