B- Job Description
· Communicate with internal stakeholders to validate expectations and clarify issues.
· Document change request and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
· Gathering and analyzing business/system requirements; help prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
· Collaborate with Dev/QA and UI/UX teams to clarify user stories and support sprint delivery.
· Participate in requirement review, walkthroughs, and sign- off sessions with supervision.
· Support the Project Manager in scoping, estimation, and planning activities for features or modules.

C- Education/Experience Required
· Willingness to grow into ownership and cross- team collaboration.
· 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
· Experience with US clients or in retail/e- commerce domain is a plus.
· Foundational knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
· Good analytical and communication skills; open to feedback and self- driven learning.
· Fluent in English
· Ability to write basic user stories and work with Dev/QA teams with guidance.
