Business Analyst (Lead)

Meeting with customers to get requests and analyze/clarify it.
Analyze customer material (UI definition, initial specs).
Participate in team collaborative design and document review (for DD & Test) activities.
Will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into function scope & test scenarios, then solutions.
Prioritize tasks and periodically communicate effort estimates and project status to senior management.
Do the rough estimation when getting requirements, or participate on the estimation (with the development team).
Create Detail Design (DD) and Basic Design (BD) documents.
Define business flow and business logic.
Have application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other various technologies and account teams.

Hands- on experience in influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as product owners, designers, and architects
Strong experience & knowledge in Agile/Scrum
At least 7 years of experience as Business Analyst
Proactive, highly responsible, and able to work under high- pressure
Advanced skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mock- ups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
Professional certificates in Business Analysis are a plus.
