Business Analyst (Lead, English)

• Meeting with customer to get request and analyze/clarify it.
• Define business flow, business logic.
• Analyze customer material (UI definition, initial specs).
• Prioritize tasks and communicate to senior management effort estimates and project status
• Create Detail Design (DD) and Basic Design (BD) document.

• Do the rough estimation when getting requirement, or participate on the estimation (with
development team).
• Participate into team collaborative design and document review (for DD & Test) activities.
• Will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration
requirements into function scope & test scenarios, then solutions.
• Have application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other various
technologies and account teams.

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to advise on business solutions.
Proficient in gathering and synthesizing business requirements.
At least 2 years of experience in BA Lead
In- depth knowledge of user experience (UI/UX) analysis and design for web and app platforms.
Good English skills
At least 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (BA).
Ability to create user and system requirement documentation, functional descriptions, feature limitations, and models for transaction processes, service operation rules, data flows, databases, and optimized workflows.
Familiarity with databases and data management.
Strong presentation, consultation, and persuasion skills.
Proficient in office applications, process diagramming, and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Excellent communication skills with flexibility and adaptability.
Skilled in analyzing customer requirements, defining and finalizing product/service features, and recommending functional development roadmaps to clients.
Knowledgeable about software development processes and project deployment models (Agile, Waterfall).
